Our Kiritsuke knife is a genuine Japanese-type kitchen knife, which is used by the most skilled chefs, whose characteristic point makes it eminent for many cutting tasks in the kitchen, and is, among other things, great for carving fish, and is the perfect replacement for the traditional chef’s knife.

We use ultra-sharp steel for our knives, which is made of 67 layers of Damascus steel with a hard core of VG10 steel, which makes the knife extremely sharp and durable in use, and which gives the steel a beautiful and organic pattern.

The handle of our Arctic Blades is made of the beautiful and durable material Pakka wood, which is a composition of thin layers of hardwood combined with epoxy, which gives some absolutely fantastic handles on our knives, which are both very beautiful and fantastic to use.
